Reservations
It is possible to make a reservation at the desk of Tussenwijck kennel (please keep in mind our opening hours!) or by phone, telephone number 0251-212626. For reservations please call us on Monday until Saturday between 09.00 am to 12.00 am and between 15.30 pm to 17.30 pm.

New customer? Is it the first time your pet/pets will stay with us? In this case, you are kindly requested to fill out the form. :: Form new customer

Long stay
If your dog or cat is staying one week or longer, then it is requiree to make a deposit. You will receive a written confirmation with an acceptgrio payment form. The deposit is half of the total amount for the booked period and must be transferred within fourteen days after the confirmation. The balance of the payment is due on the day of the placement.

Short stay
Of course you can also bring your pet for a day, midweek or weekend. Unfortunately this is not possible in high season (July/August) and during (school) holidays, due to the large amount of dogs and cats who are staying in our kennel.

Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted at least one month before the reserved period. You can cancel your booking by telephone, in writing or by e-mail. If cancelled just before or early termination of the stay, the down payment will not be refunded and we have the right to charge the entire period which was booked.
