Dogs Health - Vaccinations
It is very important that your dog is fully vaccinated before placement in our pension. If your dog is not fully vaccinated or you cannot produce a valid vaccination certification, we will not be able to place your dog in our pension.

Vaccination scheme for the dog
• 6 weeks: Puppy vaccination (Distemper and Parvo)
• 9 weeks: Parvo / Weil vaccination
• 12 weeks: Cocktail vaccination
This cocktail is made up of Parvo, Weil, Paraïnfluenza, distemper and Liver Disease (HCC).

At the age of 1 year,the cocktail vaccination is given again and then we use the following vaccination scheme:
2nd year leptospirose
3rd year leptospirose
4th year cocktail
5th year leptospirose
6th year lepto
7th year cocktail
This is the current standard for vaccinations. For questions please consult your veterinarian.

Medication
If your dog needs medication, please provide enough medication with clear instructions. For a time-consuming medical treatment we have to charge extra.

Veterinarian
If possible, we always contact your own vet first in case of illness, before we contact the duty vet in our area. In case of an emergency, we go directly to the nearest veterinarian on call. Afterwards, we will always contact the owner or the contact person. When you pick up your dog we will charge you the costs of the vet and the transport.

Flea / worming
Before placing your dog in our pension, we request you to treat your dog against worms and an effectiveanti-flea medicine. If your dog - while staying in our kennel - still suffers from worms / fleas, we will immediately proceed to treatment. We will charge you the costs for this treatment.

Heat
A dog in heat causes much unrest in the group, so we advise you to take action to avoid this before placing your dog with us. If your dog is in heat during the stay then we certainly pay attention to your dog, but you will always be responsible.

Dog's Coat
If you bring your dog, we check the condition of the coat. During the stay the coat will be well maintained. For dogs whose coat is badly maintained and for whom(much) more maintenance is needed, we have to charge extra costs. This extra combing is done in the interest of the dog.

Kennel Cough
Anywhere dogs congregate, there is a risk of transmission of the virus kennel cough. The name of the virus suggests that infection only takes place during a stay in a kennel, but this is definitely a mistake! If you want to read more please click on this link. :: :: Kennel Cough
